If you decide you no longer wish to use our services, we'll be really sorry to see you go.  If you would like to have your data deleted, you can request this a number of ways:

  • Within your settings in your app, you can select "Delete my account" and follow the steps
  • Alternatively you can email us direct at care@tescointernationalcalling.com


Your request will be sent to our Customer Service team to process.  If you want to change your account to a new number, please dont request to delete your account, just contact Customer Service's and we will can advise you how to do this.


This action cannot be undone, and we check with you before processing your request.   Once confirmed, your request will take 7 working days to complete.


Following your request for an "Account Deletion", please delete you app from your device.  

 

This action is to only be taken when you wish to remove ALL your data.  This is not to be used when re-installing the app.
